The throat chakra helps us direct the energy we use for creativity and communication. It is strengthened and enhanced each time we express ourselves in truth and with integrity.
It acts as a bridge between feelings centred in the Heart Chakra and our thoughts focused in the Brow Chakra. When the bridge is flooded with energy, which is unexpressed emotion, it stagnates and clogs the throat. In a more healthy outlet, it gets channelled into creative expression, and when not, the opposite happens, causing unexpressed emotions.
Healing this Chakra is next level phenomenal. To start, first begin by acknowledging where you let yourself not be heard or seen.
Divine one, please remember to thrive at your best; your creative expression must come out. So always act, sing, dance and perform to express that vital energy. It will heal the trauma and create inner freedom.
