Are You Sabotaging Your Day Before It Begins?

So I set an intention this week not to touch my phone until 9am and not after 9pm every day. This is a BIG thing for me and honestly thought I would find it hard to do.

I am going to say it, I was ADDICTION!
Or more so I had formed a pattern and not a GOOD one!

The last few weeks I found myself not totally in alignment and my flow has not been 100%. My moods were a little off, and my happiness and joy radar was not at its full capacity like normal. Having a sick boy has not helped, being in the middle of packing and moving hasn’t either! BUT this is all part of the journey called life so when was I not 100% grounded. Usually I glide through my day receiving what I need, flowing with what I do and sorting thought the best of everything I need to fill myself with so I can be at my ultimate self being.

So what’s the best to do when you are feeling like this? Well for me I talk to my mentor! Yep, we got to the crux of it and super fast. My morning routine was in the toilet. I had formed a BAD habit, pattern, even small addiction. I was not honouring myself and how I wanted to show up for me! How I should be starting my day. Super fast reset and back to FLOW!

Basically I wasn’t filing my cup first?

The first thing I did when I opened my eyes to receive a new beautiful day was reach for my phone!

YES YES YES the parts in the middle are critical also but if we don’t start our day right the rest will not unfold with FLOW and EASE! Simply how you wake up will determine how your day unfolds. How you go to sleep determines how you will align the next day… I could go deeper into the reasons, but that something I will doing in my academy! (link
